Our staff in Spain will take as much time with you as you need and we will do our best to find a property that suits your ideas and budget. We will map out a program according to your needs. You will have the opportunity to see new and resale houses and you will be shown around all the surrounding areas, giving you a feel for life in the local area. Viewing trip – booking conditions:

  1. All travel and accommodation arrangements are finalised by our UK office.
  2. Flights are non transferable and arrangements cannot be changed or money refunded once the booking has been confirmed.
  3. Our Viewing Trips are heavily subsidised, and are only designed for people wishing to inspect our properties with a view to purchasing.
  4. The use of a subsidised viewing trip for any other purpose will result in the full cost of the visit being charged.
  5. *Viewing trips are refunded in full if you purchase a new property with us. This will be refunded in sterling by way of cheque when the contracts have been signed and a minimum of 10% has been paid. Note, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
