Viewing Trip Includes:

Viewing trip booking conditions:

1.All travel and accommodation arrangements are finalised by our UK office.

2.Arrangements cannot be changed once the booking has been confirmed.

3. Our Viewing Trips are heavily subsidised, and are only designed for people wishing to inspect our properties with a view to purchasing.

4. The use of a subsidised viewing trip for any other purpose will result in the full cost of the visit being charged.

5. Flights are refunded in full if you purchase a new property with us. This will be refunded in sterling by way of cheque on completion. *

6. On bank reposessions or greatly reduced prices (Properties under 60,000 Euros), the Free Flight Offer does not apply. **
